This new home was constructed on a Fayette County farm.
Antique hand-hewn wood beams, brick, and wood flooring from on old demolished house were recycled and used in this home.

Recycled wood beams and wood flooring were used.

The brick wall was constructed using antique brick from an old chimney.

Old barn siding was used for the walls and closets.


Antique wood flooring was reused throughout the house.


In this room, old barn siding was plained down and used for the flooring.


The Garden Shed

The Garden Shed was built on the site of an old ice house.
The stone ice house walls were used for the wine cellar.
Hand-hewn beams and other antique wood was used to build the stairs.
Antique brick and barn siding were also used.
